Steps to run PostgreSQL on Docker

1. Pull the pgAdmin 4 image using Docker.
2. Execute dpage pgAdmin4 with Docker Compose.
3. Define the docker image name dpagepgadmin4 and provide it as a value to the image key.
4. Run PostgreSQL and pgAdmin on Docker.
